# SoilPoint

> Free JSON API for USDA-NRCS SSURGO soil data at any US latitude/longitude: soil series, texture, drainage class, hydrologic group, pH, available water capacity and organic matter (depth-weighted over 0–30 cm), and NCCPI crop productivity. One GET, no key needed. Also available as a remote MCP server.
